Question: Swelling of feet fingers!?
I am 30yrs old and very skinny physically, recently I went to a park and after walking about 2 hrs or so, I noticed that my feet fingers are a little swollen, do any of you know about it!? Like what could be the reason of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Has your sodium intake been high!? (Have you eaten salty foods or drank soda!?) Also, was it hot outside!? If "yes" to any of the above, you need to rehydrate your body, as you fluid/electrolyte balance may be a little off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
