It entirely depends on how you do it! I don't recommend popping a zit as you can send bacteria deeper and farther into your skin causing the healing process to take much longer and infecting your skin more!.

when done properly, popping a pimple can actually be beneficial to the healing process!. Reserve this technique for only pimples that are absolutely begging to be popped
