well a heat rash is not complicated to explain!.
if you have been out in the sum for a long time or in a place that is consistently hot then you may get these red itchy bumps
they turn into a heat rash which is caused from irritation from the skin
my advice is stay away from alot of sun/heat for a couple days and then eventually you can go back in the sun!.
wait until it is slightly clearer where the rash is and also you should try to put some cream on!. not to much however because if you do then it could actually subtract causing the rash to get much much worse!.
this kind of rash does not require a Doctor just some simple time to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tiny red bumps appear - often under the arms or neck and other locations where skin rubs together!. Sprinkle baby powder on all locations or use baking soda!.!.!.!. Important not to get overheated as in athletic activities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
