Question: What should I do to prepare for a vaccination!?
Especially if its multiple vaccination and I have a great fear of vaccinations!? Do consuming painkillers help before a vaccination!? what would you recommend!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just got my Hep A shot and a tetanus booster and i get a flu shot every year!. shots are never nearly as bad as we build them up in our mind to be!. dont take anything, go get the shots, and you'll be surprised how ez it was!. it actually hurts more the next day just cuz of the soreness!. that's when you want to take some ibuprofen or tylenolWww@Answer-Health@Com
Matt is right shots aren't nearly as bad as we build them up to be!. It's a quick pinch and it's over!. I wouldn't recommend taking anything unless you are really anxious then maybe take something to relax you!. But really it's not bad!. It'll be over before you know it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
