Answers:
Abdominal pain is common in children of all ages!. The only problem is that a certain number are due to acute appendicitis which if left untreated for long may have serious consequences!.
WHEN TO CONSULT THE DOCTOR
If the pain has gone on for longer than four hours despite rest in bed on fluids only!.
If the pain makes the child draw up her legs and go pale!.
If the pain is severe or getting worse, or has become continuous after being intermittent!.
If the pain has wakened or kept the child awake!.
If the pain is associated with vomiting, loose motions, or blood in the motions!.
If there is anything at all abnormal about the urine!.
If there have been previous attacks with uncertain cause!.
If you are worried about the possibility of acute appendicitis!.

In many cases of abdominal pain you will need to see the doctor and make sure that there is no serious cause for your child's pain!. In most cases, no serious cause will be found!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not a doctor or even any sort of medic, but it is most likely that your daughter has appendicitis!. This means that she will have to have emergency surgery to have her appendix removed!. As I said before, I am no doctor; this is why I recommend you take her to the doctor or hospital to have her checked out as soon as possible!. It is better to be preventive than to wait until its too late!. I am not trying to alarm you; it might be something that will go away soon!. Hope your daughter begins to feel better! =)

PS!. It could also be that she ate something and got food poisoning!. Go with your doctor right now!Www@Answer-Health@Com

She's a little young for it to be the cramps (but check for the usual signs, anyway)!.

It could be appendicitis, but it would be a good idea if you ask her some other questions just in case (the Doc will ask you these, too)!. For example, when was the last time she dropped a number 2, and what state was it in!? and does she feel bloated!. It sound silly, but it could be constipation and/or gas!. Either way, the question will be less embarrassing coming from you than from a doc!.

I'd recommend taking her to your local clinic/emergency room just to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call any clinic you can find that is open on the weekend!. If you are insured, I'd take her to a clinic or the emergency room!. This doesn't sound good at all since you described it as major stomach pains and the symptoms haven't gone away since last night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

she may be getting her period!. i got my when i was 9 and my body couldn't really handle the change at that young of an age and the same thing happened to me!. I threw up constantly for like a week!. or she may have the stomach flu!. or food poisoning take her to a doctor jsut in case!. better safe than sorryWww@Answer-Health@Com

well you should probably call the doctor or go to the emergency room because this sounds pretty serious even though it could be things like menstrual cramping (yes even 10 year olds), appendicitis or something really serious!. i would definitely go to the doctor ASAP to get her checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take her to the hospital soon because she might have an appendicitis or it could just be cramps from swimming running or doing sports!. Also it could just be she is hungry so feed her something!.

Good luck and tell her i hope she feels betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
