Question: Spots how to treat them!?

how do i get rid of spots quickly that have been picked!?

and how do i prevent from gettin spots!?

i wash every day i dont understand it :S

Keep washing your face daily and well, sticking to a exfoliate, cleanse, tone, mousturise routine!. Over spots I put on a dollop of mousturiser to sooth the broken skin!. Also make sure you dont touch them, as they can get infected!. Always make sure you wash your make up off though, and dont apply too much cover up over them, as it just clogs the pores!.
