Question: Pimples!!?!!?

I have tiny pimples on the top of my forehead and on my cheeks!. It's SO annoying because I see people without them!. I wish I was them! It's hard to find products because I'm only 11!. Most products are you need to be 13 to use them!. My sister uses ProActive!. You need to be 13 to use that!. What product should I use!!? Can you please suggest some that are cheap!.
