Do not do this -- you have no guarantee that it's actual medication (although with Accutane, after a few weeks of taking it, you know it)!. Also, you need to get a dosage recommendation from a dermatologist based upon your weight, age, and acne severity!. Then, monthly blood tests are needed to make sure that your liver is tolerating the medication!. (Accutane can adversely affect liver enzymes and cholesterol/triglyceride levels in a small number of patients!.)
Go to a dermatologist -- even if you don't have insurance -- don't risk your health!. Then, go to Walgreens, or some other drugstore, and see if generic Accutane is one of the drugs provided on their drug program for patients without insurance!.
