Really bad rash. Could it be infected?!
Question: Really bad rash!. Could it be infected!?
I have a big rash on my left arm!. It's from my wrist, all around my forearm and elbow, all the way to about 2 or 3 inches away from my shoulder!. I'm pretty sure I got it Wednesday evening, after swimming in the ocean!. I might have gotten it Thursday morning though!. My dad had set off bug bombs in the house on Wednesday also, so I dont know if that has anything to do with it!. But, not knowing it was a rash the first day, I scratched it alot, soon finding out it was a rash!. Then, that night, I scratched it alot while sleeping and it got bigger and worse!. Since then I have been scratching it, not knowingly and knowingly just because it itches SO much!. I put anti itch cream on it, but it really hurts!. It's pretty red and it's "raised" from the rest of my skin!. Sometimes it just hurts when I'm doing nothing!. Could it be infected!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be from the scratching if you see puss then it is!. Go see a doc right a way!. Other then that it seems like an allergic reaction, could be the bug bombs that would cause a rash on me, been near any wooded areas!? it could be poison ivy!. If it's as bad as you described or worse by tomorrow morning then i suggest seeing a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
