Helpless with my seizure disorder....?!
Question: Helpless with my seizure disorder!.!.!.!.!?
I have been having seizures in my sleep since September 07', I bite my tongue and my body feels like it has been threw a "garbage disposale"!.!.!. Very sore and painful afterwards!. My question is, has anyone out there had these before!?!? Ive seen so many doc's and specialists its not even funny, and even they dont know why im having them!.!.!. Being a mother of 2 kids, though i have a hubby, its hard to deal with this!. If any one can advise me or has dealt with this please help!.!.!. Again, any one who has or has had seizures in their sleep causing them to bite their tongue,(bad) and feel sore the next day(s)!. Thank-you to anybody who answers, me and my hubby are hoping that someone can shine some light on our delema!.!.!.or atleast let us know your opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First things first!. Try to find an epielptologist in your area!. If you havent undergone a VEEG (video EEG) you should request one!. Thats how they diagnose what types of seizures you are having!. I know its hard to handle Epilepsy!. Ive been dealing with it for 15 years now!. Im 28 now and still battling it!. Do you take meds to help you!? The type of seizure you are explaining is a "noctournal seizure" its pretty much a grand mal/tonic clonic seizure in your sleep!. Usually my seizures GM/TC come when I least expect it!. I dont usually have them in my sleep though!. I listed a website that is GREAT! There are wonderful people on there and great sources for epilepsy! Hope that it helps you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm!.!. sad!.!. But don't surprise me that they can't figure out whats wrong with you!.!.
I'm sending you some links hope that this can help or at least get better answers than your getting from many different doctors!. I've found that if you go to the doctors, and your not a "text book case" they throw it back at you and say I don't know whats wrong with you!?!? Go figure huh!?
