Question: Natural ways to better my thyroid-Hypothyroidism!?
Is there anything I can do in conjunction with my armour to help relieve my thyroid symptoms!? Such as weight gain, constipation, headaches, tired, and many more! Please Help!! ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Start eating better!. Bran is great!.!. start out slow!. Start walking a lot!.!. and drink a lot of water!. You'd be surprised that many people are dehydrated and don't even know it!. The medications can cause the headaches!. I have migraines and live on a lot of meds for them!. Start taking milled flax seed with your foods!. Eat steel cut oats every morning and add the flax see to it!. Get off all soda and sugars for at least two weeks!. See how you feel after that!. Get away from high fat food!.!. NO fast foods!. Eat salads and fish and only 100% whole grain wheat bread!.!. make sure it says whole grains!. I hope this helps!. It's helped me!.!. I still have my tired days but I'm doing better!.!. I walk 5-7 days a week!.!. and use weights too!. Feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
