Ok well I was at the doctors twice about going on 2 weeks i had a really bad swollen sore throat fever fluid in my ears both strep tests came back negative and they said it was a viral infection, They gave me a Zpak (an antibotic) and the pain was away and i thought i was better!.!.Well sure enough I have a sore throat and Im really aggravated!. Does anyone know why it would be coming back!? they diagnosed me with sinusitis could it still just be irratating my throat and maybe still dripping!? Im going to call the doctors again tomorrow but i cant keep going back there so i jus wanted to know if this is going around cause i know a few people with throat problems right nowWww@Answer-Health@Com

They gave you the antibiotic for your sinusitis probably!. If it's a virus causing the pain there's nothing you can do but wait it out!. Antibiotics are ineffective against viruses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
