Question: Home remedy for hay fever!?
ive tried loads of different anti-histamines but sometimes they dont have any effect so I have to hold a damp cloth over my mouth to filter out the polen!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You already know I have alleriges and asthma!. They go hand in hand!. I make everyone take their coats and shoes off at the front door!. I keep a basket of chinese slippers for those who don't want to go around in stocking or barefoot!. It stops them from tracking pollen into the house!. Outside is different!. I have to use a prescription and even then I still have problems!.!.!.I've tried everything over the counter and nothings works!. Now I use a preventer that is prescription and I also have inhalers and a nebulizer!. Good luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can't cure allergy, only control it by controlling your exposure!. If you are allergic to pollen, then stay inside on days when pollen counts are high!. Keep windows and doors closed, run a good air filter!. If you must go outside when pollen counts are high, as soon as you come inside take a shower, wash your hair, and change your clothes!. You will be loaded with pollen and you don't want to spread it all around the house!. You can take a loratadine tablet and see if it helps, but the best thing is to avoid exposure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try putting damp cloth(cloth inserted in water with dissolved salt content) over your forehead just above the eyes!. It will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
