i have really bad hay fever at the moment and i have tried lots of things from the chemist like piriton etc!. , what does everyone else use !? or is there any old homemade remedies!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay in doors if possible and take a couple of paracetamol tablets!. I've tried all the remedies to no avail!.
Bad time of year as the pollen count is very high now!. If you live near trees such as oak, willow and long grasses and ferns be warned they are the worst offenders for hay fever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im a hay fever sufferer who has tried allsorts of over the counter medication!.!.!.!.
the best thing i have come up with is just putting up with it for the first few weeks and after that my body deals with it alot better!.
I found that when i took medication i still suffered and if i forgot to take the tablets my hay fever was worse than if i hadnt taken any tablets in the first place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they say a spoonfull of honey everyday to get inmune to pollon
or try that stuff you spray up your nose
my daughter gets it bad, we tryed everything!. piriton the best so far!. 2 before she goes out, it last about 5 hours then i give her 1 when she needs it again!. we also carry a small bottle of water around to rinse her eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
