How can I do to stop smoking just befor my surgery?!

Go to Holland and Barret I think it is!. Its a shop where they sell organic stuff!. Buy the cigarettes they are with no nicotine!. Smoke them for a Little while then try to stop!. You should stop before your surgery and after your surgery!. And also stop taking aspirin!. I know all that!. I had a surgery last year and it was hardWww@Answer-Health@Com

hi mate i had to stop 2 weeks before my surgery and i was smoking for 30 years !. i was easy for me they told me they were taking me lung out and it would help me get through the 5 hours surgery if i wasnt smoking so in a way it way fear that made me quit that was 6 years ago and havent had one since !.just think that your doing yourself a favour by stopping good luck with it mate and hope the surgery goes well for youWww@Answer-Health@Com

willpower if you put your mind to it you can do it I did after over 30 years at the end 1/2 oz of tobaca a day stoped overnight the first week is the worst but if you go one week you can do 2 and so on
just think you are burnig
