Herpes outbreak relief?!
Question: Herpes outbreak relief!?
I stupidly didn't take care of myself like I usually do this week!
I did several things that often trigger an outbreak!.
I got in the tanning bed!
I ran out of vitamins & didn't go buy more until yesterday
I haven't taken my L-Lysine daily (because I was taking them w/ my vitamins)
I haven't gotten enough sleep
I haven't eatten well
I wore lacy panties & stayed outside & got all sweaty - they were STUCK to my downstairs for hours & hours because I had nowhere to go change (was 102 degrees!)
I've replaced my vitamins, got a good nights rest! I feel my left leg cramping & my buttcheek "falling asleep" - which are the signals that I'm about to have a MAJOR outbreak!
Please don't suggest Valtrex or Acyclovir, as they both cause very bad reactions in me & I can't take them!.
What can I do to stop it!!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately there's nothing which can stop the outbreak!. Once you feel it coming on it will come on!. Antiviral medication is the only thing which can reduce the length of time, but not stop the breakout!. Sounds like you already know you weren't taking care of yourself!. The only thing to do now is rest, relax and take some ibuprofen for the pain of the outbreak!. Aside from that there's not much else to do until it's over!. There are 2 things that I have found that help while having a bad outbreak!. Unfortunately, there isn't anything to prevent the outbreak once it starts but these might help with the pain that comes along!.
The first is Campho-Phenique!. You can get it at any drug store!. It stings at first and smells a little funny but this is the only thing that helps me when I am having a bad outbreak!. It comes in oil or gel form; I like the gel!. I prefer this to anything!.
The other is Abriva!. They don't advertise it being used for this type of outbreak but it may help!.

Really herpes effects people who have it in different ways!.!. You should talk with your Dr and see what they could maybe suggest!. If there are things that trigger your out breaks then you should do what it takes not to re-activate your herpes!. If you cannot take the medicine!.!.!.thats kind of difficult!. Those are the main two I heard of that help with herpes!. You should try eating plenty yogurt and eat fruit!. Drink Plenty water!. Keep down there clean !.Go to the drug store and get some Blue star ointment and coat you entire area down there thats infected with the ointment!. The ointment helps with pain and discomfort!. We did this at the Clinic with a patient who had a similar problem and she said it helped out a lot with her herpes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
