HELP! with wheat allergy?!

Question: HELP! with wheat allergy!?
I offered some food to my tai chi club members today and one of them asked me if the food had wheat in it!. Being stupid and deaf I thought he said, "weed" so obviously I said no that it doesn't!. It turns out that there is actually a very small amount of wheat in the food!. Should I be worried and call him!? He seemed fine an hour later!. How long does it take for the allergy to manifest!? I'm so worried!.

I called him and I can only leave a voicemail!. I hope he's ok!. I'm so worried!.

I just called him again and his phone is still off!. There's about 1/40 tablespoon of enriched wheat flour in that food that I gave him and I don't know how much wheat was in the wonton wrapper!. Do you think that small amount can cause serious harm!? He was still fine an hour after eating the food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Generally it's the protein in the wheat that they are allergic to and he may be Coeliac or gluten intolerant!. I'm pretty sure that wheat allergies are safer than Nut and seafood allergies, and generally wheat allergies don't produce anaphalactic shock!. I'm 99% sure your friend will be fine, so stop worrying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
