Blood pressure is sometimes called the "silent killer" because most people who have it are completely without any symptoms!. Occasionally you might feel your heart race or have a headache but this is not common!.

That is different for people!. Some people, like you , may never feel a thing unless it goes to an extreme (there is an extreme when you will feel something) but some people do feel changes!. They may get dizzy, headaches, or ringing in the ears when it is up and can feel lethargic when it is down!. Being that you normally don't feel changes, that means you should even more so keep an eye on it so that you will detect changes quickly (even on medicine it can change on you!!) Some symptoms are, a high pulse rate, blurred vision, and a pounding in the ears!. If you have problems and need to keep yourself monitered find out which at home cuff is best, or have a nurse show you how to take your bp with a classic cuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My husband CAN tell!. He is on blood pressure meds, but at times of stress, he can feel his blood pressure go up!. He can verify it on one of those grocery store BP machines!.
