Definitely!.!.!.nature does not make any distinctions!. A person with dark skin should protects its skin as much as a person with light skin!. And they also get skin cancer if they expose themselves too much in the sun!. They should use sun screen lotions when outside and also wear dark glasses to protect their eyes as well as any other persons!. In the tropics people in general (light skin persons as well as dark skin persons) they wear hats and umbrellas when going outside to stay aways from the intense heat and the sun which damages one's skin!. It's summer time and everybody must be very careful when going to the beach or sunbathing outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
