Spots on my toe? what are they?!
Question: Spots on my toe!? what are they!?
on my toe i have some spots on them which are like under the skin!. Theres quite a few of them and my skin is dry and my toenail is dry and not very healthy!. Anyone know what this is and is it worth going to the doctor!?

A dr I work with swears by vicks vapo rub at night and then put on some socks while you sleep!. He says it kills all fungus and helps pretty much anything that goes wrong on feet!.
About your nails on your feet being bad!.!.!. I would look into vitamin deficiency for your problem!. The first place health issues show up is hair, skin and nails!.
Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color!. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix!. It will take a month to see a difference!. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Warts or verrucas most likely!.!.!.go to the doctor to find out for sure though!.

better go to the doctor to make sure!.!. Or!.!.!. you can just peel your skin (the spotted part), its easy its just like peeling an apple!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Verrucas or warts probably!.!. You can get the cream for them in a pharmacy! Not sure about the dryness on your toes though!Www@Answer-Health@Com
