The bellybutton is an easy piercing to clean!. Just boil some water and wait for it to cool and add 1/4 tea spoon of sea salt, not table salt, sea salt!! Don't know why sea salt but that's what my piercer always tells me!.
Anyway you can just invert the cup over your bellybutton and soak it like that for a few minutes, it's quite easy compared to your ear or something!. The cup makes a suction so that the whole piercing is cleaned!. Do this 2 times a day at most!. Bacteria don't live in salty conditions lol!. Never put alcohol on it that just irritates it!.

My wife used neosporen when her pregnant belly caused some irritation on hers!. She says it helped keep it moist and clean, but only a small amount should be used!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
