What is wrong with me and my kidney?!

for the past year I had kidney stones building up in my left kidney and I didnt know it but last Thursday it finally tried to pass and it was on the last day of school and it really hurt and it paralyzed me cuz of the pain so I was taken to the er were the gave me an iv and pain killers the whole nine and they said to drink alot of fluids to help them pass so I have been and they all passed I had a xray to confirm this so no more stones but yesterday I was urinating and when I was done I still felt a little urge to keep going so I stood there and pushed but what came out were little drops of blood so I put it away and about fourth five minutes later went to the bathroom again and it was all pee except at the end there was some blood mixed in with the pee coming out then all the rest of my urinations for that day were blood free but this morning when I went pee little drops of blood came out again so my question is what is wrong with me and I am 17 and a guyWww@Answer-Health@Com
