I suffer from very bad prickly heat only started 4 years ago was always under the impression it was water logging of sweaty skin and found that using cream brought it on or made it worse, I now use p20 sun filter for sun protection, aloe vera gel for after sun and take an antihistamine and last year heat rash was very mild, and i've just read an article that it's not water logging that causes it or the heat itself but an allergic reaction to certain wavelenghts of ultraviolet sunlight and that specialist uv therapy can help ease symptoms over time, but basically to avoid direct sunlight, cover up and use a high spf sunscreen with 5 stars!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
