Question about viral infection?!

Question: Question about viral infection!?
Ive been having random symptoms like body/head aches, lack of energy/appetite, tiredness, slight fever, sore throat etc for about a week now, and i went to the doc today and he said it was probably just a viral infection, and im only taking paracetamol to deal with it

however, theres a slight pain when i breath in/out around the right hand part of my stomach!. i dont know which organ it is but seems a little tender!. ive also had really dark brown (with slight orange/red tinge) urine a couple of times, but only sporadically!. a friend informed me that it could be possibly something renal-related, with the kidney!.

also, it feels like my heart is working overtime to deal with all the mess thats going on there!.!.

Is there something more to this or does it just sound like a normal viral infection!. should i go back to the doc!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Did you tell your doctor about the abdominal pain and the dark urine!? If not, you should call him and tell him about these symptoms!. He may want to see you again and do some more tests!. Dark urine can be a sign that your liver is not functioning properly!. Has the color of the whites of your eyes changed to a more yellowish hue!. Your liver is located on your left side, so that is one more thing to suggest that you have your liver checked out!.

Please follow up and check with your doctor!. If you do have a liver infection, it needs to be treated as soon as possible!. If it is hepatitis Type A, B, or C, it can be spread to others through body fluids!. A and B are especially communicable!. So, also for the sake of friends and family, it is a good idea to check this out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
