How does HIV virus move from femal to man during sex?!

Question: How does HIV virus move from femal to man during sex!?
Answers:
It can happen in a variety of ways:

-If there is any cut, abrasion, or ulcer (from a sexually transmitted infection) in or around the genitals and it comes into contact with an HIV+ woman's vaginal fluids or blood, transmission can occur

-if the male is uncircumcised, the underside of the foreskin that gets exposed when the penis is erect can allow HIV into the blood stream!. That particular piece of 'skin' has many immune cells in it that indirectly help HIV infect a person

-the urethra (hole on the tip of the penis where urine/semen come out) can also allow for transmission to occur if vaginal secretions or blood from an HIV+ woman comes into contact with it!.

-while it is not as common, it is possible for HIV to transmit during oral sex (going down) on an HIV+ woman!. The risk is elevated if menstrual blood is present!. Oral sex on a woman is considered a low risk activity, while unprotected vaginal intercourse is considered a high risk activity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
