If it was a blood test - you should find out which type you have!.!.!.There are 2 types - oral (Type1) and genital (Type 2)

-Oral herpes can be caught NON-sexually pretty easily - and prefers to live on the face area - usually the mouth but can attach to your nose or eyes!. It causes cold sores on the mouth which can be transmitted to someone else by kissing, oral sex OR sharing make-up very easily!!!
-Genital herpes attaches to the southern region - usually ON the genitals!. I've also heard of it being on the BACK or thighs!. It's contracted by sex (oral, anal or regular sex)!. SOME cases of contracting it from sharing wet towels and washcloths with someone with an open outbreak!.

FYI - condoms only cover the penis shaft and the inner walls of the vagina - so if the herpes sore is anywhere else (which it usually is!!) like on a scrotum, thighs or pu$$y lips - you can still catch it!
The oral type looks like cold sores - they tingle, itch, scab & then go away!. The genital type tingles, itches, then looks like a cluster of small white blisters - until they break - then it looks like open ulcers that scab up & go away!.
People with herpes are contagious from the very 1st tingle or ITCH until the scabs fall off & they have new skin again!.
Most people contract herpes in the "tingling & itching" stage because sometimes it's hard to spot until you actually see sores!
1 in 3 people have herpes - I think the 1 in 5 stat is the people who are aware they have it!.!.!.!.
***YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS CONTAGIOUS - IF YOU HAD NO SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS - HIS CHANCES OF CATCHING IT FROM YOU ARE LESS THAN 2%***
But honesty is the best policy & hopefully he'll allow you to educate him a little bit & not be scared!
Let him read this!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did the right thing after the fact!. But you still should of been responsible and told him upfront in the beginning!. I don't know what your reason for not telling him upfront, but you now caused this guy extra worries in his life!. Please, do not do that again and if he plans to leave you, do not be surprised!. This may not make you a bad person, but this show a lack of character on your part as someone who is dishonest or untrustworthy!. There is nothing wrong with people who have herpes, it is wrong when people do not come clean of their problem and let their partners know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You did the right thing!. Dont ever doubt that!. The chances you gave it to him are low, only like 10% if you were not having an outbreak!. If he is a nice guy, he wont hold it against you!. Give him a couple days to think it over and then give him a call, or set up a lunch date and talk to him!. You never know, he may be ok with it!. If not, then let it go, and move on!. Tell him he should get tested after a couple weeks or if he starts to show any symptoms!. But chances are, you didnt pass it on to him!. Good Luck and I hope it all works out for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

O, yes, yes you did the right thing! Don't question it!. Your responsibility and obligation to tell this man the truth is high! You did excellent!.

Tell him to get tested right away!.

If he decides to distance himself from you, please accept it!. Give him some space!. He may just come back to you and if he does not, please move on!.

Whoever your next partner will be deserves to know that you have herpes!. I think herpes is one STD there is no cure for!?!? There is a med to keep it under control though, not sure!. Hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you did the right thing by telling him!. Although there is a good chance that you didn't infect him!. Its a lot harder for a female to pass a disease to a male than vice versa!. If he likes you, he will be willing to continue to be friends and possibly more with you!. Regardless of what you might think, herpes isn't the end of the world!. You can still lead a normal life!. Good Luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can only wait and see!.!.!. I'm glad you told him and just because you had unprotected sex with him does not mean automatic herpes!. Hang in there if this one doesnt stick around there are alot of wonderful men that will!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course you did the right thing!. Kudos to you, some people will act like they don't know and continue to spread it!. Good job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you did the right thing!! Just take care of yourself 1st!Www@Answer-Health@Com
