are you talking like the insect "tick" or like a twitch!?
If it's the insect, take a pair of tweezers and grip it very, very close to your skin and pull it off!. Flush it, or burn it, don't just throw it away because it's still alive and can crawl!. Make sure you get it all
If it's a twitch (like an eye tick) then you may need to see a doctor because those can have many causes and solutions, mine was just because I wasn't getting enough rest while I was pregnant and in the months after my daughter was born, but it went away on it's own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to be careful with tweezers because you can pull off the tick and leave part of it embedded in the skin-
My husband got one last year at camp - they used honey - I think it suffocates the tick and it lets go - then you need to kill it and discard -
