I don't think you're losing blood, as much as you are not making enough of it to begin with!. Blood cells are manufactured in the bone marrow, and for this you need an adequate intake of protein, vitamin B12 and iron!. There are various reasons why people develop anemia (or low red blood cell count), some are genetic disorders, some are metabolic disorders and some are dietary!. Disease and illness can also cause chronic anemia, as can menorrhagia (or very heavy menses)!. I am sure that your doctors are running various tests to rule out the possible causes of your anemia, and if they aren't they should be!. Are your eating properly!? Are your taking supplemental iron (with a beverage high in vitamin C, like orange juice)!.
It would be impossible to guess why you are experiencing this given the information you've given us!.
At the very least you should be getting a complete blood count, ferritin and iron levels, vitamin B12 level, possibly a bone marrow biopsy, and a good look at your family history and dietary intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You've had a CBC!? They've tested your kidneys, I hope!. I was losing blood because I wasn't producing a certain hormone; it was because my kidneys were failing!. So I hope they've checked that!. It sounds like you need a new set of doctors; they should be able to find out what's going on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be losing blood from any internal organ!. Frequently people can lose blood in the stool- it comes from the intestines!. There are many causes- you need to get a doctor to do more tests on you!. It has to be coming from somewhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
