lol You typed sh-i-t!. I wouldn't think it does!. Wash your back before going to bed and after waking up!. Apply a 2!.5% benzoyl peroxide over the entire affected area after washing (so that would be 2x per day)!. This will both treat the active acne, and prevent more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just make a creamy solution of baking soda[use water to make paste]
then apply to the acne !.!.it dries them up

I think you typed sh!t instead of shirt!. To your original question: I don't think so!. My brother wears a shirt to sleep but he has ALOT of back acne!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
