Question: Does swimming pool chlorine clear your complexion!. I noticed my skin changes when i swim in a pool!.!?

Yes it can for 2 reasons, 1 because the chemicals not only clean your skin but dry it out removing the oil and 2 because if it is an outdoor pool you are also in the sun which also drys out your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This is the best question for me to answer because I am a swimmer!. Ok, chlorine can help your skin but to much of it can burn and damage it!. For instance, I had a really wierd acne on my arms and once my competition swimming started, it slowly went away!. But there has been other times where my face got burnt because the chlorine was to high in the pool!. DO NOT start puting chlorine on your face, BUT swimming is a good way to keep you healthy and FITWww@Answer-Health@Com
