I thought I only had to avoid wheat, barley and rye!?!?!?!?!?!? I bought spelt bread and the ingredients say spelt (wheat flour)!. Why would it say wheat flour in parenthesis when it's 100%spelt!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
