Increased diastolic pressure in a failing ventricle can compromise the subendocardial perfusion (blood flow to the inner part of heart muscle) leading to angina!. Pale and cold skin is due to the reduced cardiac output which produces compensatory constriction of blood vessels of skin to conserve the limited cardiac output for the vital organs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
