I use Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash, it seems to work well for me! You can find it at drug stores, grocery stores, and wal- mart or targe!. just do it just like you would your face wash it with soap and water!. unless you want something like proactiv, have someone do it for you, becasue its hard to reach your own back!. you could try rubbing alcohal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
