You could always try going into a dark room and putting a cool damp washer over your eyes, I've only ever had 2 migraines and both times I did both and it definetly helped, because people are usually sensitive to light when they have migraines it blocks it out and helps you relax a bit, also if you get severe migraines I know theres a needle they give you in the hospital but thats only if you get them extremely severe and you have them constantlyWww@Answer-Health@Com
