Question: How long do iron tablets take to get into your system and help you feel better!?
I am not pregnant!. Have felt tired recently and a little breathless but didn't realise there was anything wrong!. Dr gave me a bit of an MOT and seemingly iron is down to 4!?!?!? How long does it take to start feeling better once taking iron tabs!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was on iron tablets and they made me constipated lol (i was pregnant)!.
my midwife did give me a list of foods but i can't find it but i looked on internet for you!.
