If I get bit again will the reaction get worse?!

Question: If I get bit again will the reaction get worse!?
I went camping last year and got bit by a black ant!. The bite hurt really bad, but the swelling eased within a few hours and was gone by the next day!. A few months ago I was bite again by the same kind of ant and my arm immediately erupted in raised bumps and swelled up!. Within an hour my hand and lower arm was tingling and then went numb, but after another 2-3 hours my arm went back to normal!. I'm going camping again this summer and I'm wondering if I get bit again by the same kind of ant will my reaction to the bite be worse than it was last time!? What are some kinds of ant repellants I can use that are safe for dogs as I will be camping out with 2 or 3!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's very possible that if you are bit by the same, or similar type, of ant that you could have a worse reaction!. Since you said that it got worse the second time I'd be sure to carry Benadryl to stop a reaction, and you might want to ask your doctor about getting an epipen in case you have a severe reaction!.

As for ant sprays, I don't know!. Most labels will tell you if they are pet safe and if you can use it near them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
