Name that rash?!

Question: Name that rash!?
I was hiking in the jungle in Hawaii last week and got attacked by mosquitos (they love me) When I got back to our place I not only had bites, but I have a rash of small, itchy, raised bumps (size of pencil dots) all over my arms and legs!. It's incredibly itchy and painful, and I'm putting on anti itch lotion but it's still causing me a great deal of discomfort and pain!. It is from bugs, leaves, or a reaction from the bites (I got quite a few of them) At what point should I see a doctor!? I also had a small cut on my leg that looks clean, but hurts quite a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
not sure if they have poison ivy in Hawaii, but use this stuff called : Technu and its for poisonous plants with oils that cause itching!. if there are little tiny "black dots" in the tiny raised bumps, youve got the poison ivy, no big deal but highly highly highly OMG HIGHLY contagious for your whole body
