9 years old with acne?!

Question: 9 years old with acne!?
My 9 year old daughter seems to be having a break out of acne-type spots!.
It started out a few weeks ago with some blackheads (some of which errupted into spots) on her nose, and has spread onto her forehead and cheeks!. There is no angry red roscea blotches yet though, but i'm worried it is only a matter of time!. I really want to help her to clear her skin and to do everything to help to keep it clear because I have been through the misery of this condition (had from 13 years old it till I was 25) and know only too well that,no-matter how much i try to re-assure her, others can be so cruel and I hate the thought of her going through the same!.
Is it possible to have acne at 9 years old!?
If so,what is safe and sensible treatment for it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if proactive would help yet!. I think you should first, keep her hair off of her face, and wash with a gentle soap, like aveeno oatmeal for acne two to three times a day!. Have her drink a lot of water and stay away from acidic and fatty foods!. Sometimes acne is a result of an allergy!. Make sure her pillow cases are clean each night and if she is very self conscious, you may want to try a dab of the colored acne cream, but don't slather it on her face if it's drying!.

It can't hurt to take her to the ped and see if they can prescribe something or refer her to a dermatologist!. I had acne as a young girl too and it was rough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it is normal!. you should try having her tan in a tanning bed or by a pool or in the back yard or something!. cuz i have bad acne and it has cleared up so much from laying out in the sun this summer!. make sure she showers everyday and washes her face with face wash morning and night!. i hope that is helpful :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try an exfoiliatig face wash, toner and oil free face lotion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, it's possible!.
acne often comes with puberty, and she may beginning at an earlier age!.
the best way is to take her to a dermatologist, seeing as they would know the best treatment!.
otherwise, i guess you can get her into the habit of washing her face on a usual basis!.

PS: Proactive may work, tho it was terrible for me!. If I would miss one day of treatment, I would break out worse the next day!. ANd that happened to both me and my sister!. So idk, just a "user review" i guess!. hah!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
