mine is peeling,on my mid back so of cousrse i cant reach it that well!. its driving me crazy!

My little sister just got this huge sunburn on her face, and now it's starting to peel!. She has this little moist towel that she uses to lightly pat the itchy places!. I guess it works!. Although I've never had a sunburn, my little sister is the most stubbornest person alive, and when we told her to use the towel, and she tried, that towel was her best friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This will do the trick:
Put a rubber band on your wrist, like a bracelet!. Every time you reach to pick at it or when you catch yourself picking, pull the rubber band away from your wrist and let go!.
It hurts a little, but you will get out of the habit!. That's what I do to get rit of any annoying habit I have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
