it is possible that a person becomes aware of the first episode years after the infection is acquired!. so yes he may have a sore but you may not get one for years if it is actually herpes!. yes if you give oral sex it can be passed to the mouth and cold sores may apear then again back to the fact that it may not show up for year!. he needs to get tested and i recommend using condoms!. then after he get's tested it would be great if you didWww@Answer-Health@Com
