It does different things at different times!. Sometimes I am glad other times I pull the curtains closed!. The sun has vitamins we need but too much is bad we need just the right amount!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I totally love sunshine in fact small doses is wonderful for you!.
It's total baking in the sun in my teens that caused some melanoma!.
However I still love the sun, glasses on, sun roof open!.
If I am in it for more then a half hour it's spf 35 it's like my 'seat belt'!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
