Not at this point in time!. Medicine has come a long way with the introduction of the cocktail (a combination of meds), and HIV is not the killer it was 20 years ago!. When some one was diagnosed they usually live 18-24 months, now people are living 20, 25 plus years, and new predictions with the cocktails it could be 35 or more years!.
The problem we are just starting to see are other side effects of the medications, liver, kidney and heart failure, respiratory
problems!. So there has been great steps which have been made, but there is a long way to go!.
Look at cancer and how far treatments have come and the success rates, but still no real cure yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To clarify, the HIV virus infection happens first and the person with the virus may not show any visible evidence of disease for over a year while still carrying the virus and able to sexually pass it on to another sex partner!. When the fully developed AIDS arrives, current triple-therapy medicines have made AIDS into a chronic disease such that NOW a person with HIV can expect to live a little over 21 years more!. Sadly, we have never ever been able to cure any disease caused by a virus, even though smallpox has been eliminated and polio almost eliminated by preventing its spread!. Even the common cold cannot be cured!. Fortunately our bodies immune system and supportive care keep us going till our body rids itself of the virus!. Though our medicines can eliminate the HIV virus from the blood, it is not eliminated from other parts of the body where it hides and can be expected to return in the future!. No!. HIV mutates (changes) rapidly, and no treatment would work for all of the different mutations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not yet but there are treatment which can help to delay its effects!. Hopefully in a couple of years, we will get a better treatment that can help to cure it!. !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no the best way to avoid it is 2 abstain from sex!. I'm 15 and im a christian and have not had a girlfriend yet and have made a comitment 2 no pre-marital sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no cure found yet!. HIV/AIDS come from a virus which cannot be cured!. They can be treated to slow it down a little, but not cured what so ever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
