Nowadays so you don't get carpal cave, I mean tunnel, you can now lean your palms on the keyboard, whereas before you couln't do that, all you could do before is touch the keys with your fingertips, sit right in the middle of the keyboard, arm horizontal to elbow and hands, feet in front of you and with correct posture!. http://www!.typingmaster!.com/individuals/!.!.!.
