Snoring loudly?!
Question: Snoring loudly!?
Is there a surgery that one can get done that stops your snoring!? I already use a C-pap for sleeping but its pain to lug it around when you travel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately there is no direct way of curing snoring!. you have to order a sleep study!. i am not sure what it is, but reserch it!. i know from experience that nasal strips and having a pillow under your back reduces snoring!. drinking alcohol increases snoring and extreme tiredness also increases snoring!. lying on your side blocks some air passage which makes you snore!. so if you like to move around a lot, try to create ways to reduce that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are some surgical procedures that remove excess tissue about your throat!. However, I'm certain your Doctor who diagnosed you, & prescribed your machine, considered & rejected the proceedures in your case, as they are NOT always successful!. Ask your Dr!., or respiritory therapist, regarding this matter!. I expect they will say the same thing, but in a more technical way!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

They recommended I have a 'nose job', basically my nasal passages are restricted!. Only had my nose broke twice, oh well!. A friend of a friend had the surgery, says he sleeps like a baby now, not much snoring, and actually wakes up rested!. I can't do it right now, but you ought to look into it!. I know you've had a sleep study to get your cpap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
