Question: Do u think this shootin pain in arm is HIV!?
on the upper part of my arm!.!.!. in the inner part maybe a inch from the armpit!.!. i feel this sharp pain inside my arm!.!. if i bend my neck down, that pain would buzz down to my arm!.!. if i move my neck to the left!.!.it does this shootin pain like where lymph nodes would be in the arm!.!. i dont think its swollen and the last time i went to the doctor, they felt no swollen lymph nodes!.!.but i still had pain where lypmh nodes would be!.!. unless its my imagination or worryin of HIV!.
is this HIV!? i was raped by a guy i knew!.!.HE TESTED NEGATIVE FOR HIV !.!. but is this HIV!? plus i have a bad cough/sore throat that wont go away 3 weeks almost!.!. so far tested negative, but in a few days ill be at 3 months to test again, juss wondering what r my odds since i have this symptom of pain!.

I'm sorry you got raped and it sounds like you are having post-traumatic stress disorder!. HIV doesn't cause shooting pains down your arms--it sounds more like you have a virus, or that you have allergies and maybe did something to your neck, like pinched a nerve (that causes the tinging)!.
I really do think it is anxiety!. Be good to yourself!. Take baths, rest, and heal!. But stop worrying about HIV!. I know it is scary but really, it doesn't sound like it at all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, I think you may be suffering from post traumatic stress!. The HIV virus doesn't "attack" specific parts of your body at each time!. I doubt you have HIV, get your 3 month test anyway, just to be sure!. But anxiety and emotional recovery from your horrible ordeal is maybe causing all this!? What you are experiencing are from the rape, your mind is going to other places now so that you do not have to focus on that part!. PTSD is treatable and your should find a group to talk to!. There are others out there who are going through the same thing you are going through right now!.
Also to be on the safe side and since it does take any where from 90 days to 6 months before HIV shows up on a blood test, keep going back and getting tested!. Just because he tested negative this time does not mean he did not have it!. Also make sure that you are tested for the rest of the STDs out there also, better safe than sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
