Question: Eczema!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?!!!?
i go on holiday in 4 weeks, and i have eczema on my legs and a little bit on the creases of my arms!.
I was just wondering does anybody know any creams or tablets in fact anythin that will help my skin clear up, or releave the itching!!?
any tips or advice on what to do!?

I get eczema too (I'm glad you can spell it, I really can't!), and I used savlon every morning and night which really cleared it up - then I got sunburnt pretty badly and the ezcema was so painful, but after about a week it disappeared and hasn't returned! It was only a few months ago and I'm still using savlon now and then - You should give it a go! (Not the burning, just the savlon! But let it have some sun now and then and it helps)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Firstly, avoid any perfumed soaps, detergents etc!., as these can trigger eczema by damaging the protective layer of oil on the skin!.
The eczema can be treated by using an emollient cream; this is an oil-based cream which protects the skin and allows it to heal!. They're sold in pharmacies and supermarkets; E45 is the most famous brand!.
If this doesn't work (apply twice a day for 2 weeks, and be sure to use lots of the cream), go to your doctor!. They'll probably prescribe a steroid cream, which should work!.

Go to a doctor and have him / her prescribe you some "Elocon"!. That stuff is amazing!!
