Pimples On My Period?!

Ugh, I have the same problem! I talked to my doctor about it and he said that no matter how clean and healthy my skin is, I will continue to get acne around my period!. (Grr!.) I've come up with a few good tricks!. First, I use persagel on my face as soon as I see the pimples and until they are gone!. I think it helps them to dry out and go away more quickly after my period!. Also I use mineral make up to cover them up in the daytime!. It's really effective! I recommend KMS mineral makeup!. well, get some tooth-paste and use it!. Or a good dosage of vitaman E oil to the spot will work!. It's quite normal for acne to speed up during this time!. Just wash your self,especially your hands, as much as possible!. Hope this HelpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are getting acne because of hormonal imbalance during your period!. Birth control pills should help!.!.oh, and they have those 4 periods a year BCPs, those might help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
