Actually HIV is present in saliva but not in a sufficient amount to cause an infection!. Primary cause of HIV infection is MSM (men having sex with men) followed by injecting drug users!. There may have been cases involving kissing but I am not aware of any!.

No, unless the person you kissed has blood in their mouth from a minor cut etc!. and the blood leaks into your mouth!.!.

It has not been proven that you can catch aids by kissing someone!. Normally it is only by sexually contact!. There is only one way to truly protect your self from Aids is to wear condoms (if you are a guy) with spermicide (normally for females)!. Herpes can be caught by kissing but only in mild forms (cold sores)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
