Feeling really dizzy, what can I do?!

Question: Feeling really dizzy, what can I do!?
I'm 19 years old, 200 pounds and dizzy like crazy!. When I move my head around the room just starts spinning!. I stop exercising for a while now and just not doing much to keep myself healthy!. I'm going to see the doc very soon because I know I'm messing up big time!. I heard maybe diabetes or my cholesterol which I know is a high possibility!. But as of now for this dizziness, what can I do!? It's got me all stirred up!. I appreciate anyone's advice!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is also possible that you have an inner ear infection!. This will make you dizzy and make the room spin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be having something called Menier's Disease or Benign Paroxysmal Vertigo!. Both are conditions related to the inner ear fluid!. In these condtions when you move the head you get dizziness and sensation of room spinning around you!. Also nausea and vomiting!. Both are treatable with anti histamines, like Meclezine (Antivert)!.
I had this attack once and I know it's horrible!. My mom had and my aunt had it too!.
Good that your'e seeing a doctor soon, he will be able to eliminate other causes as well!. But overall you gonna be OK!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem recently!. The doc said I had water in my ears!. That can really mess up your balance!. As soon as I got it out the dizziness went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
