DO NOT TIP YOUR HEAD BACK!. This just makes the blood run down your throat!. Pinch your nose and lean forward!. Wipe off your nose, and then keep putting pressure just below the bridge (hard part between eyes) of your nose!. Hold it for a while, and eventually the blood will stop running!. Wait until the blood is clotted inside (where it started bleeding, it should feel dry in your nose) and then get the rest of the blood out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pinch your nose shut, lean forward, not back, apply a cold pack to the bridge of your nose!. If none of that stops it you may need to go to the emergency room where they can cauterize it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lie down immediately and raise your head or tilt, so that blood does not come out and rush to a doctor for treatment!. This may be due to so many reasons and a thorough diagnosis & treatment is a must!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
